The APC Lifeline covers the process and competencies to ensure you have everything right first time. It includes a review and discussion of submission documentation to highlight where issues or anomalies may arise and offer suggestions for best practice.

Competency review Understand what the assessors need you to know for your competencies. Intensive sessions delivered by an APC assessor from your pathway who has been hand-picked by Jon Lever FRICS.
Final Assessment Question and Answer session with all the APC assessors.
Document review Discussion of submission documents, bring yours with you to review before you send them to RICS. Identify and rectify errors and get your documents in good shape for submission as many candidates make mistakes in their submission documents.
RICS Rules of Conduct and Professional Ethics talks help you to understand what is required at the final assessment. If you answer a Rules of Conduct or Professional Ethics question incorrectly at the final assessment you will be referred.
